Sephora Team Lead

- Oversee a designated area such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Support staffing and leadership of the operations and overnight stock team.
- Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operational processes.
- Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
