1. Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model 'Get, Give, Teach' to drive sales and enhance client experience.
2. Ensure team members are trained and adhere to Sephora standards in client service and operations.
3. Manage and lead the operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
4. Facilitate training sessions and ensure Services Coordinators are equipped to manage daily operations effectively.
5. Act as the Director in Charge, engaging with clients and team members to maintain a high level of service.
6. Maintain a coaching culture by participating in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Demonstrated strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
