1. Oversee a designated area such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services in the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' and provide outstanding client service.
4. Support staffing and operations, including overnight stock teams and operations leadership.
5. Facilitate and execute cast training, partnering with experts for product and brand education.
6. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
7. Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services, demonstrating artistry skills.
8. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
9. Lead store operations, ensuring completion of all operational processes per company standards.
10. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
11. Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
