1. Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and service excellence at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
4. Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members, partnering with store and district experts.
5. Maintain a coaching culture by participating in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients on-stage.
7. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed per company standards.
8. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
9. Oversee visual merchandising and manage third-party cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
