- Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring team members adhere to Sephora standards.
- Support staffing and operational leadership, including the overnight stock team and overall store execution.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively and drive daily services.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with in-store experts for product and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
- Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are completed per company standards.
- Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews to maintain store standards.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours
