1. Oversee team performance in assigned areas such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's selling model and client service standards.
3. Support staffing and operational leadership, including overnight stock team management.
4. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
5. Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members.
6. Participate in the selection and training of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
7. Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
8. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients.
9. Lead store operations and ensure process execution per company standards.
10. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
11. Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
