1. Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support staffing and operations, including overnight stock team and operations leadership.
4. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
5. Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
6. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with experts for product and brand training.
7. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
8. Act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
9. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are completed per company standards.
10. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
11. Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
