Sephora Team Lead

- Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach', ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of store objectives.
- Manage staffing and operations, including overnight stock team and operations leadership.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively and drive services daily.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store/district experts for product and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
- Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are completed per company standards.
- Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews to maintain company standards.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours
