1. Ensure team members perform services within Sephora standards.
2. Execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support staffing of operations and overnight stock team.
4. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
5. Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
6. Facilitate Sephora training sessions.
7. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
8. Conduct custom makeovers and mini-makeovers as needed.
9. Act as the Director in Charge within the store.
10. Lead store operations and ensure execution of operational processes.
11. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
12. Manage visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
