1. Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure Services Coordinators are adequately trained and manage daily operations effectively.
4. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store experts for product and brand education.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
7. Lead store operations, ensuring completion of all operational processes.
8. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
9. Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews to maintain store standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
