1. Oversee a designated area such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services in the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
4. Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
7. Lead store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Strong client service skills.
