- Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of store objectives.
- Lead and manage the operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members, ensuring proficiency in product knowledge and client service.
- Maintain a coaching culture by participating in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with clients and cast members to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure operational excellence by executing all store processes in alignment with company standards.
- Manage inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, adhering to company guidelines.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with company standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
