- Oversee and ensure team members perform services within Sephora standards.
- Execute Sephora’s selling model to provide outstanding client service.
- Support staffing and operations, including overnight stock team management.
- Drive sales and services at Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studios.
- Ensure Services Coordinators are adequately trained and manage daily operations.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and maintain a coaching culture.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with clients and staff.
- Lead store operations to ensure all processes are executed per company standards.
- Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
