Sephora Team Lead

- Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' to drive sales and services.
- Ensure team members deliver exceptional client service and adhere to Sephora standards.
- Lead training and development initiatives for Services Coordinators and cast members.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with clients and staff on-stage.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for all operational processes.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Demonstrated strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, dependent on qualifications and experience.
