1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
4. Experience with various learning technologies and platforms.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage budgets and track progress.

Experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related field is required.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
