1. Assist in the design and coordination of talent reviews, learning programs, workshops, and webinars.
2. Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for learning and development initiatives.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for participants, providing information and addressing inquiries.
4. Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and assist in data interpretation.
5. Collaborate with internal partners to promote initiatives and communicate program details.
6. Evaluate programs and propose enhancements based on feedback and industry best practices.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Management, Education, or Commerce.
2. In the 3rd or 4th year of study, prior co-op experience is an asset.
3. Able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) and adhere to the hybrid work policy.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
4. Demonstrates natural curiosity and a keen interest in talent development and learning.

No specific prior experience required, but prior co-op experience is an asset.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
