1. Manage all services, workshops, and events within a designated Sephora store.
2. Oversee daily operations of the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are adequately trained.
3. Ensure beauty advisors utilize technological innovations to enhance in-store experiences.
4. Manage the online booking system, ensuring sufficient staffing to support increased services and streamline customer registration.
5. Plan and staff all in-store events to optimize customer learning and sales opportunities.
6. Oversee the development and certification process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities to enhance their artistic skills.
7. Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and follow-up for improvement.
8. Engage with beauty advisors and clients, acting as a service lead in the store.

1. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members.
