Sephora Talent and Business Operations Manager

1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates.
3. Oversee training-related functions within the store, collaborating with the Store Director and Education partners to execute ongoing training strategies.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes and managing inventory, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
6. Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
2. Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
3. Strong understanding of store sales performance and operational processes.
