Sephora Talent and Business Operations Manager

- Conduct final interviews for all key positions and manage recruitment processes using the online applicant tracking system.
- Oversee training and development functions, collaborating with the Store Director and Education partners to implement ongoing training strategies.
- Manage scheduling and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company, regional, and district guidelines.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance assessment and development processes for the entire store.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counts.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding and managing the store's sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses.
- 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
- Ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
- Strong managerial courage and composure in challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical skills to understand sales performance and expenses.
2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
