1. Conduct final interviews for key positions and manage recruitment processes using the online applicant tracking system.
2. Oversee training and development initiatives in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
3. Manage scheduling and payroll processes, ensuring alignment with company and regional guidelines.
4. Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance assessment processes for the store.
5. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing inventory management and store operations.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and managing controllable expenses.

1. 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for various store positions, including leadership roles.
3. Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
4. Strong managerial courage and composure in handling challenging situations.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.

1. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
