Sephora Talent and Business Operations Manager

1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance assessment processes for the entire store.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
6. Demonstrate expertise in understanding store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
