- Conduct final interviews for all key positions and manage the recruitment process using the online applicant tracking system.
- Oversee training and development functions in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
- Manage weekly scheduling and payroll processes, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance assessment and development processes.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing store operations, inventory management, and adherence to company standards.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and managing controllable expenses.
- 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
- Ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
- Strong managerial courage and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

The compensation range for this position is $54,800- $68,500, based on market rates, location, and experience.
