1. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and manage the recruitment process using the online applicant tracking system.
2. Oversee training and development functions in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
3. Manage weekly scheduling and payroll processes, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
4. Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance assessment and development processes.
5. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing store operations, inventory management, and adherence to company standards.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and managing controllable expenses.

1. 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
2. Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
3. Ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
4. Strong managerial courage and excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

The compensation range for this position is $54,800- $68,500, based on market rates, location, and experience.
