1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
3. Oversee training and development functions in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes and managing inventory.
6. Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and lead teams, attracting and developing talented store leaders.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
