1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance assessments for the store team.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes and inventory management.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop effective teams.
