1. Conduct final interviews for key positions and manage recruitment processes using the online applicant tracking system.
2. Oversee training and development strategies in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
3. Manage scheduling and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
4. Conduct performance assessments and manage performance improvement processes.
5. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing inventory management and store operations.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and managing controllable expenses.

1. 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
2. Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for various store positions.
3. Ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
4. Strong managerial courage and composure in challenging situations.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.

Competitive salary ranging from CAD$54,800 to $68,500, based on experience and location.
