1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of the store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for recruitment.
3. Oversee training and development functions in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance situations.
5. Lead store operations ensuring adherence to company standards.
6. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
7. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
