1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions using the online applicant tracking system.
3. Oversee training-related functions in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and manage performance assessments for the entire store.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and managing inventory processes.
6. Demonstrate expertise in understanding store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
