1. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
2. Manage all training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
3. Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time-off requests, and manage the store’s payroll process.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and oversee performance management processes.
5. Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory and maintaining company standards.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance and managing controllable expenses.

1. 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions, including leadership roles.
3. Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
4. Strong managerial courage and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
