1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system.
3. Oversee training and development functions within the store in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store.
5. Lead the operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards and managing inventory processes.
6. Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
