Responsibilities
- Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
- Support staffing and zoning of the store.
- Oversee beauty advisor training and education.
- Onboard new advisors and manage store scheduling.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system.
- Manage training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews and oversee performance management.
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operational processes.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, and payroll.
Qualifications
- Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
