1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in conjunction with Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and manage performance situations within the team.
5. Lead the operations of the store, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes and managing inventory activities.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses within the store.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
