- Manage the people and operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
- Oversee training-related functions and collaborate with Store Director and Education partners to develop training strategies.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance management situations.
- Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes and inventory management.
- Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and identify talented store leaders.
- Capability to train and develop teams to drive sales and client service.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
