1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and manage performance assessments for the entire store.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
6. Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
