1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of the store, ensuring alignment with Sephora's operational standards.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and collaborate with Store Director and Education partners to execute training strategies.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and manage performance assessment processes.
5. Lead store operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
