- Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
- Support staffing and zoning of the store.
- Oversee beauty advisor training, education, and onboarding.
- Handle store scheduling and execution of Sephora operation standards.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and manage the hiring process.
- Develop and execute ongoing training strategies in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance assessments.
- Lead store operations, including inventory management and process execution.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams.
