1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance management situations.
5. Lead the store's operational processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
6. Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and developing talented store leaders.
