1. Manage the people and operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for hiring.
3. Oversee training and development functions in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance situations.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all processes and inventory management.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
