Sephora Talent and Business Operations Manager

- Conduct final interviews for key store positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
- Manage all training-related functions within the store, developing and executing ongoing training strategies.
- Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time-off requests, and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance assessment processes.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing store operations, inventory management, and adherence to company standards.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by understanding sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles.
- Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
- Strong managerial courage and ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
