- Lead the operational and talent functions of the store, ensuring alignment with Sephora's standards.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and manage the recruitment process using the online applicant tracking system.

- Manage scheduling and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

- Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory and store processes according to company standards.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding and optimizing store sales performance and controllable expenses.
- 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for various store positions.
- Ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong managerial courage and composure in challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, fragrance-filled environment.
2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
