Sephora Talent and Business Operations Manager

1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of the store, ensuring alignment with Sephora's operational standards.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring candidates.
3. Oversee training and development functions, collaborating with Store Director and Education partners to implement ongoing training strategies.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee performance management processes.
5. Lead store operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
