Sephora Talent and Business Operations Manager

- Conduct final interviews for key positions and manage the recruitment process using the online applicant tracking system.
- Develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
- Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time-off requests, and manage the store's payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee performance management for the entire store.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, and supply control in accordance with company standards.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding the store's sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles.
- Ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
- Strong managerial courage to handle difficult conversations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Capability to maintain composure under pressure.
2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry, with a focus on recruitment and team development.
