- Manage the staffing and zoning of the store to ensure optimal operation.
- Oversee the training and onboarding of new beauty advisors, ensuring alignment with Sephora's standards.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for hiring processes.
- Develop and execute ongoing training strategies in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store.
- Lead store operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
- Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
