1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and develop ongoing training strategies in conjunction with the Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes and manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
