1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and temporary positions.
2. Collaborate directly with hiring managers and HR partners to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
3. Proactively identify innovative sourcing practices using social media, recruitment agencies, and corporate platforms.
4. Monitor recruitment reports and KPIs to ensure optimal internal client service.
5. Contribute to the development of the young graduate talent pool in collaboration with the Campus Management team.

1. Experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.

1. Passion for talent acquisition and candidate experience.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle varied tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
4. Fluency in English.

Experience in recruitment, ideally within a recruitment agency, is required.
