1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Support the coordination and administration of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate pipeline updates.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective communication and a seamless candidate experience.
4. Prepare onboarding materials and assist with induction sessions to ensure a smooth new starter experience.
5. Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring all interactions reflect Sephora’s values and culture.
6. Support employer branding efforts, including content creation, careers site updates, social media storytelling, and campus/early careers initiatives.
7. Conduct research on market trends, competitor best practices, and emerging talent acquisition tools.
