- Support the recruitment and hiring process by assisting with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate interviews and handle relocation processes.
- Run monthly reports to support data analysis for the team.
- Create and manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Support the immigration team to ensure smooth recruiting operations.
- Assist Talent Partners in coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Act as the main point of contact for relocation processing.
- Assist with formatting job postings and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in recruiting events on campus and with community partners.
- Manage contract conversion activities across all business units.
- Assist with screening potential candidates and sourcing candidates for future talent pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong interest in Human Resources.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
2-3 years' experience in a customer service related field preferred.
The target hourly pay for this position is $30.00 - $34.60 per hour. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
