Sephora Systems Technologist (Marketing)

- Drive seamless integration of new and existing technologies, including AI and platforms like Monday.com, Ziflow, Crosscap, and ADAL, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the discovery, design, build, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end creative workflows.
- Conduct rapid prototyping of ideas, proof of concept demos, and testing with external technologies.
- Define and gather requirements, manage sprints, and oversee vendor-based development for outsourced tools.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered solutions to enhance content generation and operational efficiency.
- Streamline creative processes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Utilize data to define and track KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of technologies and efficiencies.
- Analyze creative performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop, document, and deliver creative tech guidelines, best practices, and training programs.
- 3-5 years of experience in technology, digital innovation, or interactive development roles, preferably within retail, consumer products, or digital agency environments.
- Proficiency in front-end development including HTML, Databricks, Python, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2-3 years of experience in supporting technical workflow development and change management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a broad range of marketing technology tools.
- Extensive experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or SmartSheets.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and technical project management.
- Strong design and user experience skills, with an eye for aesthetics, usability, and performance.
- Ability to ideate and communicate concepts through wireframes and prototypes.
- Solution-oriented approach with critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with various groups and personalities at all levels of the organization.
- Adept at building relationships cross-functionally and gaining alignment with business partners.
3-5 years in technology, digital innovation, or interactive development roles, preferably within retail, consumer products, or digital agency environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00. Eligibility for bonuses may also apply.
