1. Operationally manage material requirement planning (MRP) considering supplier capacity and packaging plans.
2. Work on forecasts transmitted to suppliers and manage supplier relationships with different Incoterms.
3. Send and track order portfolios with subcontractors and monitor production and stock levels.
4. Ensure weekly management of the article catalog, including monitoring supplier delays and implementing action plans.
5. Secure information from subcontractors for effective communication with the supply planning team.
6. Manage supplier issues during warehouse receptions and develop knowledge of subcontractors' production tools.
7. Oversee the launch phase of new products, collaborating with purchasing and development teams.
8. Set up production rates and planning according to supplier capacities and manage end-of-life products.
9. Implement reporting tools and optimize existing systems.
10. Monitor and analyze KPIs to track performance, including service rate, stock level, and supplier performance.

1. Graduate in business or engineering.
2. At least 2 years of experience in procurement.

4. Creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.
5. Understanding of customer needs and interest in the cosmetics sector.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Knowledge of ERP and APS/forecast management tools.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

Graduate degree in business or engineering.
