Sephora Supply Planner

- Operationally manage material requirement planning (MRP) considering supplier capacity and packaging plans.
- Work on forecasts transmitted to suppliers and manage supplier relationships with different Incoterms.
- Send and track order portfolios with subcontractors and monitor production and stock levels.
- Ensure weekly management of the article catalog, including monitoring supplier delays and implementing action plans.
- Secure information from subcontractors for effective communication with the supply planning team.
- Manage supplier issues during warehouse receptions and develop knowledge of subcontractors' production tools.
- Oversee the launch phase of new products, collaborating with purchasing and development teams.
- Set up production rates and planning according to supplier capacities and manage end-of-life products.
- Implement reporting tools and optimize existing systems.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to track performance, including service rate, stock level, and supplier performance.
- Graduate in business or engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement.
- Rigor and organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.
- Understanding of customer needs and interest in the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP and APS/forecast management tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Graduate degree in business or engineering.
