Sephora Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

- Drive supply chain projects with structured project management methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop process documentation and relevant monitoring tools such as KPIs and scorecards.
- Coordinate activities between regional and local functions including supply chain, category management, and marketing.
- Perform analysis of freight allowance, recovery rate proposals, and warehouse utilization.
- Formulate and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Synchronize key activities and interactions with regional and local teams.
- Create and manage project governance artifacts.
- Identify and propose new opportunities for supply chain improvements.
- Report on business KPIs improvements and manage operational reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and recommend actions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work across functional areas and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Empathy and client-centric mindset.
- Rigorous and organized in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Proactive and open to new ideas, driving continuous improvement.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and delivery, with experience in either Waterfall or Agile Project Management Methodology. Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or luxury goods is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain preferred.
