Sephora Supply Chain Transformation and Master Data Manager

1. Develop and manage the Master Data Management roadmap, ensuring operational excellence among master data coordinators.
2. Lead the Master Data Management team in developing data management tools and lifecycle processes.
3. Facilitate the Data Ambassador Community to ensure continuous improvement in data management tools and procedures.
4. Oversee the Supply Chain Transformation Project roadmap, managing budgets, project prioritization, and KPI targets.
5. Promote synergy across projects and implement continuous improvement strategies.
6. Instill Agile project methodologies and establish appropriate frameworks for project management.
7. Support the Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager in project coordination and team leadership.
8. Conduct performance analysis using dashboards and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the Master Data and Supply Chain Transformation initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) in Business or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain or Data Management.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Program Management within Operations.
3. Proven management experience.
4. Fluency in English.

1. Strong proficiency in data analysis and management tools (ERP, PLM, Data Visualization, and Reporting).
2. Excellent project and program management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
4. Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
5. Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks.

Minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain or Program Management, with a successful track record in management roles.

Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) in Business or Engineering.
