Sephora Supply Chain Transformation and Master Data Manager

- Develop and manage the Master Data Management roadmap, ensuring operational excellence among master data coordinators.
- Lead the Master Data Management team in developing data management tools and lifecycle processes.
- Facilitate the Data Ambassador Community to ensure continuous improvement in data management tools and procedures.
- Oversee the Supply Chain Transformation Project roadmap, managing budgets, project prioritization, and KPI targets.
- Promote synergy across projects and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Instill Agile project methodologies and establish appropriate frameworks for project management.
- Support the Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager in project coordination and team leadership.
- Conduct performance analysis using dashboards and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the Master Data and Supply Chain Transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) in Business or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain or Data Management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Program Management within Operations.
- Proven management experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and management tools (ERP, PLM, Data Visualization, and Reporting).
- Excellent project and program management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks.
Minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain or Program Management, with a successful track record in management roles.
Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) in Business or Engineering.
