Sephora Supply Chain Business Partner Manager

- Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Supply and Demand Planning team and Country teams on all supply chain matters.
- Ensure supply chain visibility in Singapore and Malaysia, providing market intelligence for demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Provide the General Manager and Head of Finance and Operations with comprehensive supply chain insights across service, inventory, and costs.
- Drive and coordinate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand, supply, financial plans, and launch strategies.
- Communicate inventory status of slow-moving and discontinued products to relevant teams to develop reduction plans.
- Review and validate Open-to-Buy with Regional Planning and Finance teams.
- Monitor store-level replenishment and On-Shelf Availability (OSA) performance, addressing issues as they arise.
- Propose adjustments to store replenishment parameters to optimize OSA, deliveries, and inventory.
- Act as the gatekeeper for service, cost, and inventory imperatives in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Conduct monthly supply chain reviews with the Regional Supply Chain Director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and improve forecast accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Ability to lead S&OP processes and integrate financial and operational planning.
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
- Technical proficiency in S&OP and ERP software, along with advanced data analysis tools.
- Adaptability and commitment to driving improvement in a dynamic retail environment.
At least 6 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning, with a strong understanding of demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
