1. Monitor and validate client orders from receipt to processing in SAP.
2. Provide clients with visibility on upcoming stock availability and track new product orders.
3. Coordinate and amend the donation process as necessary.
4. Assist in stock management and ensure accurate updates of tools such as stock projections.
5. Propose improvements for processes and tools, including stock management alerts and kit needs.
6. Oversee the reception and dispatch of new launches to countries, ensuring timely alerts for delays.
7. Secure launch quantities for each country.
8. Manage headquarters' order coordination and ensure process updates for Distribution & Inventory.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain.

1. Strong analytical and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with IT tools such as Power BI, Macro, Query, and SAP.
4. Team-oriented with a high level of rigor.

A preliminary experience in a Supply Chain environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Engineering, Business, or related field.
