1. Monitor the supply chain performance of brands within Sephora across Europe.
2. Analyze key performance indicators to gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, including service levels, inventory, sales, and promotional performance.
3. Engage with brand representatives to present supply chain metrics and ensure the implementation of action plans to enhance performance.
4. Collaborate with the European supply chain department, including supply planning, demand planning, and logistics teams.
5. Work with logistics teams to conduct supplier audits.
6. Develop and enhance analytical tools to facilitate analysis and support other teams.
7. Participate in the implementation of a new reporting tool.

1. Interest in supply chain management and a passion for retail and cosmetics.
2. Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school program.
3. Strong analytical profile with proficiency in Excel.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Familiarity with Power BI and Excel macros is advantageous.
